Kristin Wolf

Speaker Bio

Kristin Wolf is a Canadian stunt performer, precision driver, stunt coordinator, writer, advocate, and consultant. Her work has been shaped by resilience, grit, and a hard-won understanding of coercive control.

Born in Calgary and raised in Ontario, Kristin was on her own by seventeen. That early independence forced her to grow up fast and helped build the drive that would carry her into a demanding career in film and television.

Kristin trained as a professional stunt performer, using physical training to channel anger, energy, and trauma into discipline, focus, and craft. Over the past twenty-two years, she has built a career across Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, the west coast, and the United States, with credits as a TV host, writer, stunt performer, precision driver, and stunt coordinator.

Her advocacy comes from lived experience. After growing up around domestic violence and later navigating a difficult custody battle, Kristin pursued education in family mediation, family law, family relations, and intimate partner violence screening. What began as a need to protect herself and her daughter, Harriet, grew into a mission to help others recognize, document, and move through coercive control.

Today, Kristin lives in East Galt with her husband, Carlo, daughter, and pets. She continues to stunt drive for film and television while running her own writing, coaching, documentation, and consulting practice focused on coercive control.

Kristin’s story is about turning survival into strength, and strength into service. She brings honesty, skill, and hard-earned perspective to every conversation she joins.
